A Library for the boy ....

My son, Master M refers to his bookshelf as the library. I have no idea why , but i love the innocence of his comments. As an avid reader i love that he shares my love of books.

I was browsing through a closing down sale today and stumbled on this weird bookshelf. It was marked down and i couldn't resist it. The reality of my purchase hit home when i realised, i have no idea how i going to display anything in the weird shaped bookshelf.

Off to ponder how it will work ..............

Beautiful Freinds and Beautiful Blooms

We have had a fairly rough week here, and i am very lucky to have a wonderful support system in my beautiful thoughtful friends. I received a number of beautiful yet totally unexpected bunches of flowers.

One thing i love about floral arrangements is after a few days when the weaker flowers start to die , you can pull out the hardy ones and arrange in a beautiful little vase.

I was a bit distracted and didn't get a chance to take photos of them all.
Here are a few pics.....

A Project Home !

I promised my husband that i would stay away from the online house ads, but i have been sneaking in online trips to realestate.com.au.
I am looking and dreaming of a project , and stumbled upon a intresting project this morning .....

The ad reads:

• Interior is original and completely dazzling!
Charismatic and spacious, this home is situated in a quiet and elevated area of town. Fully fenced 721m² corner allotment. Check out the photos, but call me now to discover more!

The wonderful Amy from Love, bubs and life on our little farm tagged me in "Show us your Blog Spot" , and below is mine, it is lifeless and fairly boring.

It needs some style and class , and i am not sure how to bring it to my boring little office nook.

Max's Room

I have been looking for some inspiration for a new room for Micheal. He will be 4 soon , and i wanted to give him a 'Big Kids Room'. I wanted something that was fun yet traditional and allowed us to create without major reno's
I stumbled upon these pictures of "Max's Room" on Rate My Space and thought it would be perfect inspiration for us.
