Book Shelf Love......

Our nursery is small, okay, i will be honest, it is tiny ! And so, space is at a premium. I found these great bookshelf ideas over at Spearmint Baby and just love them. What a great way to display books, while saving space.

Personalised Hanger

I saw this on Spearmint Baby, it is a personalised hanger, for her son, Rexford.

You can find them a LilaFrances. I would love one , but i need to first decide on a short list of baby names .

I want lots of DOLLS.....

I saw these beautiful little dolls on Bondville and followed the link over to Retro Bird.

These beautiful little dolls are amazing and i really want the whole set...... do you think i can convince my husband this is a really important purchase :)

Photo Walls

I need a photo wall. But i don't want the ussual look of lots and lots of frames. While i love that style of photo wall, my husband will have a pink fit if i ask him to put up a heap of photo frames. The other issue is that our house is small, and a photo wall down our hall way will more than likely narrow the already narrow space.

Currently, all the photos are blue-tacked to my fridge, and they look silly. They are only happy snaps, nothing special, but i would love to have them on display.

Open to any suggestions that anyone may have ??

Pram Liner by 'myMonkeymoo'

I have ended up with a very simple looking pram, and i wanted to add a bit of excitement to it. I asked around for a recommendation to what would suit my style of pram best , and was referred to 'myMonkeymoo' , in Australia they are stocked by Handle with Care.

Our bub will be in a bassinet attachment to our pram for a while, but i will definitely ordering one of these before we change them over to the regular pram and once we are 100% certain on their gender.

Yesterday , i couldn't help but take this cute pic of my little man in his new Ben 10 PJ's ! He had just woken up and was looking a little bit worse for wear, but ever so snuggly

Mothers Day without Babies

Today is Mothers Day. While celebrating with your mum, children and loved ones, please keep in mind those women who have lost children and babies and those who are experiencing infertility.

To my beautiful friends, D&R, A&B, K&C, V&B, B&E and so so many others. I am thinking of you on this difficult day and keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.

Beautiful Flowers

In the next month or so, my husband and i will celebrate our wedding anniversary and also the birth of our much anticipated new baby. It is a big couple of months in our life.

I love Tulips, i actually got married in a colder month how i could have them as my wedding flowers.

Now , i don't expect my husband to buy me Tulips to celebrate anymore, but i am dedicating this post to some beautiful pictures i have found.

Nursery .... A Work In Progress

My nursery for this bub has been a long time comming. However, it really hasn't happened how i would like it to. We now live in a tiny 3 bedroom house supplied by the company my husband works for , so my dreams of a beautiful spacious nursery with beautiful décor have become a pipe dream. Instead, my nursery will have to include a single bed (for me to rest in whilst hubby is on nightshift), a cot and a change table. I really don't know how we are going to fit it all in. It will be ever so cosy.

THE DAY WE MOVED IN

AS IT HAS BEEN FOR THE LAST COUPLE OF MONTHS - (For storage )

~ The first step has been to put up curtains. Please ignore the fact they have not be ironed. I will do that before baby comes homes.

~ The bed and cot both need linen and i am working on that at the moment.
~ We are not 100% sure of baby's gender and as such i am not going overboard with any gender specific colour, just yet.
~ I am waiting for my husband to install some floating shelves
~ I need to make some bunting
~ I am on the look out for some prints and some accent features.

Less than 6 weeks till bub arrives, and with no access to shops, i really need to get motivated !

All you need is LOVE

I LOVE these LOVE cushions that i found over at Ezibuy

I am thinking about buying them for my niece's Christmas present. At the moment, they are on clearance for only $30 for the set. Each letter is approx 30cm's high !

WHO SANK THE BOAT ?

This is currently Master M's Fave book , we have read it every night for months and months.
If you have children, nieces or nephews, you must add this to 'the must buy list'.
It is an easy, fun read !

A Beautiful Angel's Birthday

One of the most beautiful Angel's in heaven celebrates her birthday today.
Her beautiful mummy who blogs HERE has asked that we make pink cupcakes to celebrate her birthday.
Unfortunately, i am not going to get a chance to make some cupcakes today, but i found a beautiful picture.

Happy Birthday Lola, i am thinking of your family today xx
